Will I get a certificate?
Yes. You will get a Learning English 365 certificate at the end of your course. We also offer an option to obtain a certificate from an approved body after taking their exam.
What software or hardware do I need?
We use Zoom to deliver online classes which can run on any desktop or mobile device provided you have internet connection.
Will my classes be live and do I need a webcam?
Yes, your classes will be live with other students from different countries. You may not turn on your webcam but that might change as per the requirement and the activity being performed in the class.
Can I cancel my course?
Yes, you can cancel the Live Online Courses any time before the start of the course for a full refund. If the course has started then we will deduct the amount for the time you had studied from the refund.
